Only compatible with some versions of DC5
I ordered this to install my DC5 on my pedaltrain nano+ instead of using velcro.
Upon unboxing I realised the CIOKS GRIP is supposed to fit on the DC5 with screws - the only problem is that my DC5 has no holes for said screws. I contacted CIOKS and they told me the GRIP is only compatible with DC5 version 1.2 and above (mine is 1.1). At present, this information is not present on either the CIOKS website or Thomann's product description.
Thankfully Thomann's customer service provided a speedy refund.

Compatibility with Nano is subjective
I thought I made the wrong purchase after ordering (along with the Sol) and a Pedaltrain Nano, and then realizing that all places say that they're not compatible.
The Nano doesn't have any drilled holes for the GRIP to be secured, but the GRIP is strong enough to hold to the Nano frame, which is actually good.
I'm able to mount the Sol inside the Nano and move it across the frame to adjust its position, which is very helpful since I can accommodate some small MIDI trinkets (Garbage Collector and Source Audio midi) along the power source. If I ever needed it to stay in one place, I could just drill the holes.
The Sol remains in place and hasn't fell once. It is compatible with my Nano

Works Perfectly
The Cioks grip lets me attach my DC7 to my Pedaltrain board snugly and quickly without the need for any drilling. It feels solid and secure, and as such does its job perfectly. An excellent accessory.

Simple and secure mounting solution
Used this to mount my Cioks power supply under the pedalboard and it fits perfectly. Feels solid, holds everything firmly in place and makes the setup look clean. Straightforward solution that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Does what it's supposed to do
Nothing much to be said here, it keeps the power supply on the board, it will definitely not come off.
The only downside is that the screws will dig into the board and leave nasty marks if you ever want to move the power supply to another spot. Rotating rubber ends on the screws would be a good idea, but maybe that's overengineering a simple thing.
All in all, fixates the PSU without too much hassle.

Does the job
Works perfectly for the job, in my case attaching a DC7 to a Pedaltrain Novo 24.
Only caveat is that if you want to put the mount underneath the pedalboard so it's not seen from the front rail, there isn't quite enough space to insert the Allen wrench into the screw. You'll need to shorten your Allen wrench a little.

It actually fit with my PT Nano
After reading mixed reviews from various personal experiences regarding the GRIP v2 and the Pedaltrain Nano's compatibility, I bought it as a test. And guess what? It fits. Even though both Cioks and Thomann clearly state that it won't. But, again, this is my personal experience. Either way, useful piece of metal, easy to install and because it's so tight, it will never slip off.

Great
I use this with my Cioks DC7 and different pedaltrain boards and it is just wonderful.
Before I used to drill holes on the board and now with this unit it is so easy and you can move the unit as desired.
Highly recommended.

Works as advertised
Quite sturdy, fits my Nano+ and Sol perfectly. Once mounted, the Sol is flush with the pedalboard so there's as much clearance as the feet of the board allow.
