A great single coil for modern, punchy strat.
I opted to use this pickup in bridge position with an Area 61 (m) the and Injector Neck (n) but both Injectors failed. I could not get any playable sound from this combination. When installing in another strat project using Injector Bridge in the neck, Injector Neck in the middle and a Virtual Solo in the bridge position, all pickups got to life. The guitar is stratty but punchy and full of energy in lowered pickup height, and turns to be agressive when the pickups are close to the strings and really bites. Highly recommended for a great, noiseless modern sounding guitar.
