Scratches in the varnish
My cello arrived without a point and also with scratches in the varnish that made the cello look really ugly, and they tell me that it's normal because the wood is good, which is strange because the one they sent me doesn't appear in any of the photos on the website, they sent me a defective one and on top of that they tell me that it's not a reason for a return.
