L.R.Baggs Anthem Classical

I bought this item already some time a go. I had the mic set up done by a professional luthier and the the end result was amazing. I have previously used only external microphones with my classical guitar but I wanted to try this one. The sound, when optimised it well was extremely good even dry out, but with a touch of reverb my guitar sounded almost better amplified than natural. I used a Roland AC60 acoustic amplifier, which allows some tone control. Even though Segovia never approved amplification in his lifetime but he would have heard this I am sure he would have changed his mind.

The pickup and mic together make a very "real" sound come out of the amplifier or pa. I suggest giving in to a luther for installation and then fine tuning the piezo/mic mix yourself to find the best combo for your guitar and taste.
