great for hand improvement
Got the book to improve independence over foot ostinatos and improve my sight reading and its done that exactly. Wouldn't advise it for someone new to rudimental work like this as it starts off straight away with various rudiments and subdivisions instantly, definitely recommend it to an intermediate drummer!
