Excellent product!
I love this product! Very stable, the guitar never slips. The "rocking" action of the neck rest is a very clever way to accommodate different types of guitars. The two different heights make it useful for both electric and acoustic guitars. Also great for basses.
Highly recommended! Much better than any similar product I've used (and I've tested LOTS of them!). I've been using this at home and it's way better than the similar products I use at work (guitar workshop). Actually, I think I may need to order another one...
If you want something better than this you will probably have make it yourself.

Top notch!
When you perform maintenance on your string instrument it can be a hassle to keep the instrument steady, be able to rotate the tuners, not to dropping or scratching.
