Vic Firth/Mike Balter Vibraphone Mallets No.23 R

This mallet feels and sounds so good, everyone who plays the vibraphone should have these mallets in their collection! This mallet has been around for so long I think their build quality is low for a reason! You REALLY have to care for this mallet, it wears out pretty soon BUT it’s maybe for a reason - I think this issue is still in the mallets because fixing the issue would change it’s legendary character!
These are also very cheap so you can just buy a new pair when you wear the old ones out - because you will wear them out.

Standaard mallet. Doet de job ok. Wel onpersoonlijk. Ze gaan wel los na een tijdje.

So versatile, these would be my go to mallets for ever situation

Good and round sound and super articulated in most of the vibraphone making them super versatile. The shaft is good quality as well and they are not too heavy. Totally recommend!

I bought these after reading a lot of reviews and i have to say. For me when playing vibraphone these mallets are the best for playing medium, hard and yes I can play pianissimo but with that attack touch.

I've used this for vibraphone and for marimba. For it's money it's killing!
