Paiste 22" 2002 Ride Cymbal
I am a UK based drummer and owned an old 2002 ride back in the 80's.
I play in New Wave and Ska bands so I needed a cymbal with power that could cut through.
I was pleased to find the new 2002 range and decided to go with the 22" option.
The bell sound cuts through really well, it has a rounded deep note but isn't harsh or tinny - a pleasure to hit.
For a fuller sound a wash can be built easily but is still distinct with good body and warmth, a solid sound.
If you are a hard hitter and need a cymbal that cuts but has warmth and body, I would certainly consider this cymbal very seriously.

The ultimate rock/metal ride
This cymbal sounds phenomenal on stage and in a studio recording environment..Great stick definition, loud bell and great wash as well!! You can't go wrong with Paiste 2002.
