Pearl C-830 Straight Cymbal Stand
I found this stand to be a very stable and versatile stand. I currently have my 18" crash on it and no matter how hard i hit it never falls, wobbles or shakes, Its fully adjustable which means i can place it anywhere around my kit and it never gets in my way. The quality of the materials used speaks for itself ( but i'll have to as its in my drumroom and you cant here it) its a nice heavy metal that means it can take a beating and still keep going. i will be ordering a few more of these as my collection of cymbals increases in size.

No Problems!
I received a C-830 with my Pearl Decade kit. When I needed a second straight stand, I considered buying something better (more expensive). But then I thought, this stand has served me perfectly well. And at this price, it's a bargain. Stable and well made.

Very happy
I have an 18 inch china on this stand and it gets a real bashing, but this stand barely shifts and never falls. Really love the tilter as well!

Stood the test of time and incessant cymbal bashing
The stand carries a 10' tom tom and a crash cymbal. Even though I'm rather heavy handed and I smite both relentlessly, the stand doesn't move or sway and they stay where I set them; as expected.

Good stand
This is an inexpensive stand from a trusted manufacturer. The angle of the cymbal is adjusted smoothly and clamped well. There are no complaints about the quality of materials, because it's Pearl ;)

Robust and sturdy
Very pleased with the stand. It's robust and sturdy and has all the required flexibility for positioning. Admittedly I'm only using it in the studio and not on stage, but can't imagine anyone would have a problem with it in a live setting. Quality product.

Sturdy and reliable.
This is a well built stand and will probably outlive me. The 3 feet are quite long but this is a good thing as it prevents it from ever falling over.
