Don't expect it to give your piano some kind of magical vibration dampening, but it's definitely doing a good job to an extent. My neighbours said that the vibration they feel, transmitting the sound, it's noticeable less. But the db rating of loudness didn't change much.

Excellent dampening, beautiful look
Bought for a Yamaha C1X-SH3. Overall sound quality seems improved, no noise complaints from the floor below. Beautifully compliment the brass detailing of the piano.

Piattino Caster Cup
Well engineered and effective. They also seem to give the piano a cleaner/clearer sound. The Piatino caster cups look great too because of their mixture of lovely brass and hi tec, shock absorbing material.

Essential components for piano
These are truly high quality castors which go a long way in isolating the piano vibrations through the floor of the room. Essential for minimising disturbance to downstairs neighbours.

Excellent, 5 Stars
Fits my K.Kawai RX-2 Millennium Edition, Perfectly. Really finished off the look to the piano. Has added a layer of stability to my piano and helped a lot with vibrations. 5 Star, Professional Service provided bu good people at Thomann :) Many Thanks

I don't have a good comparison if it actually works because I have it from the beginning with my upright, but it looks very solid, well made.

They isolate the sound of the piano very well (I had a Kawai RX-2 that was transferring the sound to the parquet floor and everything was vibrating too much for my neighbours).
