These pickups sound amazing. The neck pickup is smooth, sexy and compressed. The bridge pickup is bright, sensitive and talkative. Both pickups together are balanced, clean and clear. They just have this magic sound about them. They sounds vintage but when you add a little overdrive they really shine. I put them in my American Tele and they will stay forever. Buy them. Very good buy....
I have 2 brad paisley telecasters, the other one have the original pickups which are to my ears more organic, and not as "hard" as these. They are close though, i just love the originals more.
