Shure Battery Cover
This is a direct replacement and is very adequate. As it used in a church setting the batteries are installed and removed two to three times a week. I find that over exuberant users over tighten the cover and its cracks easily. It may be more expensive to produce but a metal cover would help with my blood pressure!

Good Cover
The cover works perfectly on my Shure SM58/SLX mic. I needed it to replace the broken cover that came with the mic. It's more durable than the cheaper replacement covers, and thus it's worth the money
