I am already purchasing the third super set of TAMA HC83BW stand!
The stand is very resistant to any load!
Very strong adjustment connections do not give the slightest chance of weakening the assembly.
On this rack I use 2 additional Tama MCA63EN cymbal mounts.
The price for a set of 2 stands is very reasonable!
Fellow drummers - I RECOMMEND!

Perfect stands
The most stable, modern design and yet cheap boom stands on the market, period! The new design of the legs is great, but most significant change is new clamping mechanism between sections - Gibraltar like, Pearl like, that thing is unbreakable, nor the pipe can be damaged by overtighting like this can happen on Yamaha stands. The only thing I'm missing are the memory locks. Yes, the cost per stand is so low that you have to spent some extra to upgrade with the ML28C (for the base), ML222NT (middle section), ML191N (top section) and ML12 (boom arm). Yes the new design is not compatible with both ML222NT and ML191N but since they are 22 and 19 mm inner diameter they'll do just fine and they can be used more as a memory, than as a lock clamp.

Sturdy, and reliable and the cheapest option I could find for 2 stands (just wish there was a 3 pack)

Solid stands
I bought them to support a cymbal AND a tom. I must say they are durable, without any weak points. They are also very smooth to operate and can get short if needed (for transport). But you should know, that they are on a heavier side - but that's what you want from a solid stand!

Stand as it should be
This is simply no-surprises, sturdy stand. One can say it goes even to great lengths - I did not measure it, but I think it went over 2m when it was straight. Looks good, is good, feels great, no hassle, just works, as it should. Not surprising and this is highly desired. Great stuff.
