Ridiculous Packaging
This item could have been shipped in a small envelope (padded for protection maybe). It didn't need something the size of a shoebox stuffed with lots and lots of paper. What a waste!! No wonder the delivery charge was €15! (nearly twice the product itself)
The product itself was easy to use and quality sufficient for the price. Communication on delays and shipping was good.
