The cushion is generously padded. The mechanism is easy and smooth. Maybe the screws holding the legs will need to be tightened from time to time (which they seem made for), but for now it is super stable.

Great replacement bench
Very easy and quick to assemble. Seems pretty decent quality. Good range of height adjustment and seat is quite comfy for the length of time I usually play. Wanted an adjustable seat that suits me and my 6 year old daughter and this does the job and is appropriately priced.
