Quality first instrument
After renting a flute for the first two years from the music school, my daughter was due to buy her first real instrument. This model was recommended by her teacher and our daughter is very happy with it. She is especially happy with the improved sound and ease of play. Quality is top notch, the only drawback I can think of is the silicone plugs tend to fall out easily.

Great student quality from Yamaha
Yamahs reliable quality student flute with open hole keys. Arrives with plastic plugs in the holes. Students who are unused with open keys should take care not to lose these. An excellent choice for students who are new to this type of keys.
