Outstanding

Epiphone have really outdone themself, dare I say they have outdone Gibson. The guitar came with amazing fretwork, no fret buzz whatsoever, the color is absolutely amazing. The tone combinations give a variety of tones to play with for different genres. The only problem i notice was that the pick guard was a bit illfiting, which didn't allowed the neck pickup to be screwed in properly. An easy fix with a bit of sandpaper. However, I'm not sure how they missed it

A Proper Growling Explorer

After almost 15 years, I decided to give Epiphone another try as a more affordable alternative – and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised. The build quality is well above my expectations. The stainless steel frets are perfectly finished, something you really don’t see often in this price range.
After a basic setup, the guitar quickly became one of my favorites. It holds tuning very well, has a solid attack, great sustain, and that classic “growling” Explorer character I was looking for.
The only weak point are the cheaper push/pull pots, which weren’t completely reliable on my unit. I was planning to upgrade the wiring anyway, so it’s not a big issue for me, but it might be a downside for some players.
Overall, an excellent instrument for the price.

Banger!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Gitarre ist sehr geil lackiert, der Sound knallt und die Bünde sind super sauber. Ich bin mittlerweile mit Epiphone zufriedener als mit LTD oder Ibanez. Einziger Abzug kommt von 1,2 etwas unsauberen Stellen im Lack.
