Just use better strings, please. You owe it to yourself. This is what you touch, this is what resonates and gives the sound of your instrument. This is hot garbage. I know, I know, it is cheap – I gave in to the temptation when I had 12 electrics to restring regularly. However, these strings sound dead and hollow, they are badly packed, and they get corroded quickly. In comparison, the cheapest Ernie Ball or D'addario strings will be incomparably better than these, for not much more over their lifetime (those strings will last three times as long).

Resist the temptation and don't buy any of these cheapo strings from HB.
