I was going toget the purple 470 as i loved the colour, but there was a wait for it to arrive. so I opted for the sea foam colour, and im glad i did it sooo nice in this colour. Its quite light as in weight, and sits nice on my leg. the neck is smooth and fast. the pickup sound realy good and each postion is quite a different sound from bridge to neck. I have been using it daily now for about two weeks and still in tune. there were a couple of slight flaws in the paint, pin prick size but that was it. I have an 42fm which I love and play all the time just love this guitar, along with gibson but can say im really, really happy with rg470 and recomend to any one whos in this price range. again I got say I love the colour!

Superb guitar at a decent price!

Where to start? Wizard III neck? Edge Zero trem? Stunning sea foam green paint job? This guitar is just stunning. The Edge Zero is better than all the Floyd Roses, with maybe the exception being the 1500. The Wizard neck is so fast, so smooth, great fret work, lovely feel. I just love this guitar. Sounds amazing clean or cranked up. And it is so beautiful I find myself just staring at it for ages! For €555 this is a must buy.

Best affordable Ibanez 2024

When I first unboxed it, the stock strings definitely needed changing, the frets were a little bit scratchy but nothing too hard to fix with a bit of work, the finish looks stunning! There was a bit of overspray in the tremolo and pickup cavities but you rarely look at that. The intonation and action were pretty solid. The main selling point for me was the Edge Zero tremolo, after a little bit of a setup, it stayed in tune really well. The body contours are really well done and are very comfortable to play. It is a bit heavy but nothing a thicker strap wont fix. The bridge and neck humbuckers are fantastic, no need to change them, the middle pickup is a bit too bright and snappy for me but overall sound is okay.

Avis favorable mais sans plus pour moi.
Tout d'abord la guitare avait quelques défauts de fabrication (petit pete sur la tête, coulure de peinture).
Ensuite elle n'était pas du tout réglé, donc passage chez un professionnel obligatoire.
Une fois réglé, elle sonne mais sans plus ! Par exemple je la trouve vraiment faible sur les aigus, elle manque vraiment de punch, pourtant je met du treble sur mon son, pour comparé j'ai joué avec quelques solos (de Brian May car c'est un type de son avec pas mal d'aigu) et derrière j'ai fais la même avec ma Squier Bullet (guitare à 100€) et la Squier avait beaucoup + de punch...
Ensuite elle est assez lourde et je trouve le manche trop dur, il y a un manque de douceur et donc de fluidité.
Et pour les sons clean c'est compliqué mais elle n'est pas faite pour ça.
Voila, évidemment c'est que mon avis, ça reste une belle guitare mais les micros et le manche ne sont pas satisfaisants pour moi.
