I've always been very careful because it doesn't look very stable, but I trusted in it because it is supposed to be a quality stand. Today, the last time that I've used it, it has fallen out with the sax. I think that the upper part of my sax is damaged because it doesn't sound good now ... and it is a good sax, quite expensive. That said, I would still choose my bulkier Hercules stand when I have the room to take it, if there's any risk at all of someone knocking into my sax - ie if i'm on a small, busy stage or in a recording studio where there's going to be a lot of movement.
