Good speakers, but slightly boxy sound
The Eris 3.5 2nd Gen sounds surprisingly good for its size, but I noticed a slightly boxy character in the lower midrange. I was able to improve it significantly with a small EQ cut around 125 Hz.
If you want to fine-tune the sound, I would recommend adding a Behringer FBQ800 V2 graphic EQ or similar. It gives you a simple way to reduce the 125 Hz region and also adjust the higher frequencies if needed.
With this small correction, the Eris 3.5 sounds much cleaner and more natural to my ears.

Great Value - Great Sound
I bought it for light home studio work and music listening. I know it is not a professional monitor, but it sounds great in my room and has a very warm sound.
