Best beat machine for alive use with acoustic guitar
After Beatbuddy 1 use, I updated to version 2. Its a great pedal, for me at the moment best beat machine for live use. Its good to have a wireless midi adapter and control everything with tablet, It auto adjusts to each song with only 1 click to change text. A must have for solo musicians. 5 stars!!

Good for practice but....
Limited unless you get the online extensions for this pedal. As it comes in the box, it feels very solid and is immediately and intuitively operable. You dont need to dig into any iinstructions to quickly get the hang of this device. What disappointed me - as I am with most things musical that rely on some sort of programming and/or firmware - is that the online extension for the peddle is only available on Apple or Windows platforms. I switched over to linux about a year ago and have absolutely no regrets manufacturers of musical equipment never support Linux platforms. This means that I cannot get the full use of this pedal's capabilities unless I switch back to Apple, and I'm not about to do that. For this reason, I only give this product a bare pass.
